BakerHouse Service provides heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) services, including but not limited to:

- Emergency HVAC services
- System inspections and tune-ups
- Equipment upgrades and replacements
We service all major HVAC brands including York, Carrier, Lennox, Fujitsu, Goodman, Daikin, Hile, Panasonic, Generac, Bard, and others.
Service Area
Our services are available in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, and surrounding areas in New Mexico. Service availability in other locations may be determined on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our primary service area.
Scheduling and Appointments
Service Requests
- Service appointments can be scheduled by calling 505-546-4420 or through our website contact forms
- Appointment times are estimates and may be subject to change due to emergency calls or unforeseen circumstances
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any schedule changes
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control
Access to Property
- You must provide safe and unobstructed access to the service location
- If our technicians cannot access the work area or equipment, the service call fee may still apply
- You are responsible for securing pets and notifying us of any safety hazards
Pricing and Payment
Service Fees
- Pricing for services will be provided in the form of estimates or quotes
- Estimates are approximate and final costs may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service
- We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and financing through our partner Wisetack
- A service call fee or diagnostic fee may apply and will be disclosed prior to scheduling
Financing
- Financing is available through our partner Wisetack, subject to credit approval
- Financing terms and conditions are governed by Wisetack's agreement
- We are not responsible for financing decisions or terms
Late Payments
- Past due accounts may be subject to interest charges and collection fees
- We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances
- Legal action may be taken to collect unpaid balances
Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship Warranty

- Final equipment selection is subject to availability
- We reserve the right to substitute comparable equipment if specified models are unavailable
Customer-Supplied Equipment
- If you provide your own equipment, we are not responsible for equipment defects or compatibility issues
- Installation of customer-supplied equipment may affect warranty coverage
- We reserve the right to refuse installation of equipment we deem inappropriate or unsafe
Parts and Materials
- We use quality parts and materials appropriate for each job
- Original manufacturer parts are used when possible; compatible aftermarket parts may be substituted
- All replaced parts and equipment become our property unless otherwise agreed
